9. Arkansas Residents

Studio B is committed to protecting the personal information of our Arkansas clients in accordance with applicable state law.

Data Security & Breach Notification. Under the Arkansas Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), we maintain reasonable security procedures to protect your personal information and will dispose of records containing personal information once they are no longer needed for the purposes described in this Policy. In the event of a security breach affecting your unencrypted personal information, we will notify you in accordance with Arkansas law, without unreasonable delay.

Arkansas Personal Data Protection Act (APDPA). The APDPA gives Arkansas consumers certain rights — including the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal data — but only applies to businesses that process the personal data of 25,000 or more Arkansas consumers annually, or that derive the majority of their revenue from selling personal data. Studio B does not currently meet these thresholds. That said, we're happy to honor reasonable requests to access, correct, or delete your personal information — contact us using the information in Section 13 and we'll respond promptly.

Minors' Privacy. Consistent with the Arkansas Children and Teens' Online Privacy Protection Act, we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 17 for purposes of targeted advertising, and we do not direct advertising at children or teens using their personal data.

Enforcement. The APDPA and PIPA are enforced exclusively by the Arkansas Attorney General; neither law creates a private right of action. If you believe we have not complied with this Policy or applicable Arkansas law, you may contact us directly or file a complaint with the Arkansas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division at arkansasag.gov.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

This is a working draft prepared for internal review and is not a substitute for legal advice. Recommend attorney review before publishing, particularly for Arkansas-specific consumer protection requirements and confirmation of the exact third-party vendors/tools in active use (payment processor, analytics, ad pixels) before this goes live.
